We only engage native, highly-qualified translators. Many of them, in addition to their translation degrees, possess an additional qualification from reputable universities (in law, business or engineering). They also possess as extensive industry experience including banking, life sciences, FMCG, IT and telecommunications.
A rigorous selection regime is undertaken before the translators join us. This includes putting them through a test as well as conducting qualification, background and job reference checks. The translators in our team have all been in the translation industry for a minimum of three years. Along with their qualifications and experience, our senior translators are also members of accredited translation associations like the ATA, ITI, ATLF and WATA. Statistics have shown that only 4 out of 10 potential candidates make it through the selection process.
Our certified translators work on your texts bearing in mind your communication objectives and target audience. Careful attention is paid to ensure the completeness of sentences, grammatical correctness, the appropriate style for your text and that the technical vocabulary is correctly translated. Before we hand the translation over to you, the translation is thoroughly checked by a second native, expert translator. The second native qualified translator compares the translation with the source text to ensure faithfulness to the source text.
All our interpreters bear extensive practical interpretation experience. They are equally well-versed in simultaneous interpretation and consecutive interpretation and have provided interpretation at local and international business, medical, technology, IT, communication forums and seminars.
